This complete all in one solution provides you with a fully portable scanning device and pre-loaded software to enable you to carry out data collections tasks in a fraction of the usual time and without all of the errors.

The software records: Goods In, Goods Out & Stock Takes using the in built barcode scanner to identify locations & products with barcodes, and all quantities recorded via the keypad. The software also captures the date and time of all transactions automatically.

Recorded data is compiled into a pre-formatted CSV file which can be sent & shared within your organisation to be reviewed, and can also imported into virtually any common Database, MS Excel Spreadsheet, Accounts package or e-Commerce website via an API.

  • Stored data can be uploaded to a host PC via USB or sent as an email file attachment with a simple One Click operation.
  • Stock data files can be viewed within any common spreadsheet application such as MS Excel, Google Sheets etc. or can imported into any common Stock & Accounts packages such as SAGE.
  • The system can be run without any network connection but does require a LAN or WAN connection for sending data via email or FTP.
  • Data can also be stored directly to a Dropbox or Google Drive cloud account.
